This time, I went deep into Dongsi Hutong to find a small BBQ restaurant loved by locals for nearly 20 years. It looks simple, but the food here is full of surprises — from signature beef skewers to a very unexpected dish you probably wouldn’t expect to find at a BBQ place.

Hey guys! Quick question for you: how adventurous are you when it comes to hotpot? 🥢
I just tried a Soy Milk hotpot broth for the very first time... and wow. Let’s just say there is a very good reason why soy milk isn’t normally used as a hotpot base! 😅 It was definitely one of the most bizarre and wild culinary experiments I've had lately. Hahaha!
