🌙 My *NEW RELEASE* Guided Sleep Meditation for Detachment from Anxiety is now Live.
Tonight's session is one I've been quietly working on for a while — and one that feels especially meaningful to share, as it is a direct follow up to all of the kind feedback so many of you have recently provided through many comments and channel polls.
I have created this sleep meditation specifically for those nights when the mind and body feel extra restless, nervously overworked, agitated and fatigued.
This guided meditation won't ask you to suppress any of your mind’s thoughts, or to ignore any of your body’s sensations. There is nothing to resist, or to fight against, asked for here.
Instead, we're going to do something far more compassionate and far more powerful — because we are going to allow for the more spacious, witnessing mind to gently step on back and away from the various sensations and thoughts of anxiety itself …
To create just enough space between you — and the experiential cues of anxiety — for something more extraordinary to occur:
Which is to allow for your deeper rest.
I hope you’ll find this session weaves together many of the various therapeutic practices I often include in many of my recordings, including:
• Mindfulness based breath awareness
• Progresive relaxation for a nervous system reset
• Somatic sensory healing
• Subconscious visualisations for mind / body release
