Our family band is hitting the road! Though it doesn’t happen often, I love getting to make music with Eric Jacobsen (my husband) and Colin Jacobsen (my brother in law). Eric and Colin are truly groundbreaking musicians and performers. I’ve done several collaborations with their orchestra, The Knights, but our trio is still in its infancy. We are all so thrilled to announce these three shows.

The evening will include solo moments, newly arranged versions of songs from each of my albums, a few classical pieces (and originals by Colin), and perhaps a few familiar covers.

These are the only 3 concerts we currently have planned with this trio, and we can’t wait to make music for you all.

'Sing Me Alive' is out today! I’ve always loved listening to live albums. I remember getting my hands on a copy of “The Live One” by Greg Brown in the late nineties and listening to Canned Goods on repeat for literal hours on my discman. There’s a magic to feeling like you’re in the room with the performer…

I’m With Her toured long and hard last year, and every single show was a tiny bit different. The songs as we played them continued to grow and mature right up to the final weekend, and we kept on finding new colors to explore. Listening to these versions of the songs from 'Sing Me Alive' puts me right back on the stage and makes me smile. I hope you enjoy listening!

Still riding high from the gorgeous energy of last nights concert. It was truly special to share the stage with so many luminaries, all the while honoring the memory of my dad and all he did for Celtic music in Boston. My personal highlights were singing with my sister Nuala, and getting to hear my mom debut her stunning composition at Symphony Hall. ALSO getting to play with Jenna Moynihan, Greg Liszt, Solas, Yann Falquet, and Moira Smiley 10/10! A special thanks to Eimear Noone, Paula Plum, Dennis Alves, Michael Nock and everyone at the Boston Pops!
