The T1000-A GPS tracks are finally clean! 🗺️✨
After weeks of chasing a star-pattern bug (tracks kept snapping back to home between every walk point), we found the real culprit — not timestamps, but the upload pattern. The T1000-A buffers walk positions and uploads them alongside live home positions. A spatial filter at the receiver level now separates the real track from the upload anchor, and the result is exactly what you see here: a smooth, continuous walk path with no phantom home jumps.

📡 Meshtastic 2.8 just dropped GPX track export — and it works!
In today's video, I took my T-096 tracker on a walk around a little lake, let it report positions over LoRa to my home node, and exported the entire track as a clean GPX file using the new Meshtastic 2.8 app. Then imported it straight into another Android app — no plugins, no extra tools.
The track came through perfectly. Real-world, off-grid tracking... exported in two taps.

Interesting LoRaWAN project I did this week. Connected a RYLR993_Lite LoRaWAN chip to a ESP32 C3, wrote some code and made it send sensor data to a Seeed SenseCap M2 LoRaWAN gateway.

Built a Heltec T096 based mobile Meshcore node today. Easy build and uses a 18650 battery, so the runtime will be great. Solid GPS connection also. Next I will connect an external GPS antenna because the case can accommodate that.
