New England Railfanner

New England Railfanner is a railfanning channel based in Vermont. The states I primarily film in are Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Over the years, I have filmed mostly Amtrak, MBTA, & New England Central freight trains. On my newer videos (since December 2023), I have been using a speed radar to clock how fast most trains I have seen go. I have liked trains since 2013 and have been filming them since 2015. I decided to create a YouTube channel on August 9, 2024 to post my videos that I have filmed.

Happy 4th of July and 250th to the United States of America! Here's a custom 250 special locomotive made by my friend @CaixaOFC on Brick Rigs. This shows Amtrak F40PHR #250, which is currently an NPCU (Non-Powered-Control-Unit) operating on the Amtrak Cascades. In this loco, there was a Golden Bald Eagle on the locomotive's nose, a USA flag on the roof with the numbers "250", the Founding Fathers, and a Bald Eagle on the side, along with the classic Amtrak Phase III livery cuz the Red, White, and Blue symbolize America's colors🇺🇸🦅

On May 23, 2026, I had the longest total railfan session ever at 10 hours 36 minutes (from when I arrived to Wachusett MA at 7:28 am to when I left at 6:04 pm). I spent about 6.5 hours down at North Station. Some photos taken:

Hey guys, I had an idea for a new video series, this will be about particular locomotives, railcars, or cab cars, that I've seen that stick out to me personally in some way. The first episode I'm posting will be about MBTA CTC-1B #1637. I narrate these videos sharing my knowledge and facts. I hope you enjoy them!

Hey guys. To celebrate 50 years of the F40PH legacy on April 9th (the day they began revenue service on Amtrak), I was thinking of recording myself operating a realistic 1980s/90s consist between Boston & New Haven on Train Simulator Classic.
