Our daughter and son in law took us out to eat for our Birthdays and Anniversary. We ate at the Historic T&P Train Station, the restaurant was located in the old hotel and we sat at the entrance to the staircase.
As we sat and ate, I found myself looking at the beautiful woodwork and wondered how many hands touched the railings as they walk up to their rooms.
This birthday dinner will forever be held close to my heart; because they sure made us feel so special and loved.
Our other two grands are in Florida, had they been here - it would have been 100% perfect

We started the week with 6 chicken quarters, Monday was 2 grilled quarters with squash casserole, Tuesday we ate chicken enchiladas using two quarters and today we are having chicken spaghetti with the last two quarters and buttermilk pie.
We will have leftovers to carry the rest of the week. Total cost for 6 quarters was $4.67, not bad for a full week of dinners
