i have vertigo so i probably won’t be able to be active much… i use headphones while editing to ensure i hit every beat when editing but i need a break from my headphones so it’s not hurting my ears

i feel really bad because im on summer break and i was really excited to start actively editing again but i need rest i hope you guys can understand and im very sorry💔

I wanted to address my recent absence and explain why I haven't been posting much lately.

Over the past month, I've been going through a lot personally and trying to heal from several difficult situations in my life. A few weeks ago, my grandma was hospitalized because of issues with her intestines. Since I was born, she's been living with Alzheimer's disease, but over the past few years her condition has worsened significantly. I love her dearly, and although she's home now, it's become clear that she likely doesn't have much time left. When she was hospitalized, the reality of that finally hit me, and it's been incredibly difficult to process.

This past weekend while I was away on a trip, I received a call from my great aunt. She told me she didn't think she could do this anymore and wanted to let me know that she loves me. This morning, I received the heartbreaking news that she only has a few hours left.

If you didn’t know I spent half of my life living in New York, and that's where most of my family still lives. I'm traveling there this weekend, but it seems possible that my aunt may not make it until then, and that thought breaks my heart.

I hope you can understand my absence. In the span of a month, I've had to begin grieving two people who are still here, and that's a kind of pain that's difficult even attempt to explain. Anticipatory grief is something I never truly understood until now.

Because of everything going on, my posting schedule will likely be inconsistent for a while. I need to give myself the space to be present for the people I love and take care of myself.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support. Your kindness means more to me than you know, especially during times like these. I love you all so much, and I am eternally grateful for all your love towards my edits 🫶

TLDR : Explanation to my absence, my grandmother and aunt have fallen extremely ill and the doctors say she only have a few hours left, i’m having trouble grieving so my posts will be inconsistent, i’m eternally grateful for the support given to me
