Growing up, sports shaped our lives—Edi was a Hungarian national swimming champion, and Chris transitioned from soccer to hybrid training combining weightlifting with functional training after college to improve his fitness. As certified trainers with 12+ years of experience, we’ve worked with clients of all ages in gyms and online. Together, we launched our YouTube channel, where thousands train with us, combining our love for fitness and sports. We’re excited to share our signature programs with you here on YouTube.

Hope everyone is doing well and having a great time with the ONE Series so far. We can’t believe we are almost at the end already with only 2 workouts left on the schedule… Upper Body and the Grand Finale! 🔥

As many of you know, I went through a major surgery recently and still very much in recovery mode. I just wanted to take a moment and say a huge thank you to my hubby Chris for stepping in, taking over, and pushing through to finish the program strong while I recover. I know many of you have been checking in on me and sending support, and it truly means so much ❤️

‼️ We do need to make a small adjustment to the posting schedule due to some unexpected tech difficulties. The final Upper Body workout will now be released tomorrow, and the Grand Finale workout (yes, I’ll be back for this one 😊) will be released on Monday so we can all finish the ONE Series together.

This has definitely been a spicy 🌶️ program and honestly… we think this might be one of the hardest series we’ve created so far 😅 The volume, the intensity, the longer workouts… you all seriously showed up for this one.

Hello Everyone,

We’ve been a little quieter on here lately because we’ve been working hard behind the scenes on our next program, and we’re really excited because it’s almost time.

It’s called ONE, and just like the name suggests, every workout in the series is a full one hour session. Download program calendar here: www.teamchrisedi.com

This program is for anyone wanting to build muscle, get stronger, and stay consistent with their training without having to think about what to do each day. No guesswork, no piecing workouts together. Just follow the calendar, press play, and train with us.

ONE is a 6-week program with 4 workouts per week using a split of 2 full body days, 1 upper body day, and 1 lower body day. This program is FREE for everyone to join here on our YouTube channel.

Every workout is a complete session, so your warm up and cool down are included too. Once you start the workout, everything is there for you from start to finish.

We’ll be using our usual equipment: dumbbells, a bench, and bands.

We start on April 13, and the first workout will be shared at 5AM PST.

The workouts will be numbered, but make sure to follow the calendar so you know exactly when the recommended rest days are. Of course, you can always adjust the schedule to fit your own week if needed.

Wow… this year 😅

We’ve been sitting here talking and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with where we’re at right now. The team has grown so much this year, so many new faces, but what really gets us is seeing so many of you who’ve been here with us from day one still showing up. That means everything to us.

We say this every year, but we truly mean it!
We are beyond grateful for this community and for every workout you do with us in your living room, garage, hotel room, wherever you are in the world.

We’ve got some big plans for 2026, and we’re genuinely excited to keep building and crushing it together with you all 💪

Hey Team,

We wanted to bring you a quick update on what’s coming, where it’s happening, and when everything is rolling out. Thank you so much for all the messages and tags, you guys are amazing and working so hard 🥹

We’ve decided to do another Follow Along challenge 🤭, our signature BUILD and it will be released in January.
Before we get into that, we want to clear up how our platforms work, because we now have YouTube, Solin, and Playbook, and it can feel a bit confusing. 

So here’s the simple breakdown:

* YouTube stays completely free. We will continue sharing free follow-along workouts there.
* Solin is where we host our full follow-along challenges and complete programs with the community experience around it. These programs are one time payment and lifetime access.
* Playbook is our monthly membership platform for sets-and-reps–based structured programs, both home and gym.
So the easiest way to pick: choose the platform based on the training style you enjoy from us. You can also combine both training styles.

📌 What’s Coming?
Many of you have asked, so yes, we are releasing a brand new 6 week full follow-along challenge in January, and it will be the BUILD Challenge.
It will be hosted on Solin, where our community is already strong and where most of you prefer the follow-along format.The challenge starts January 5 and runs for 8 weeks.

We’re bringing a fresh experience with an Upper / Lower split focused on muscle building.Chris will lead the upper body sessions, Edi will lead the lower body, and we’ll have a few surprise sessions together.This format allows us to deliver the cleanest, most focused on-screen experience while still showing the weights used by both of us.

Hey Team! Happy November! 🍁 🎃

Can you believe how fast this year’s flying by? We’re heading into the final stretch, and we’ve got a lot happening behind the scenes.

• Starting the second week of November, we’ll be posting two new workouts every week here on YouTube. One will always be a longer Full Body, and the other will be a shorter complementary workout that changes weekly, think glutes, shoulders, arms, or a specific focus that pairs perfectly with your main training days.

• As for programs: we’ve been working in the background creating sets & reps programs for our Playbook App and the first Build Series sets and reps will be launching January! .That’s where we’ll be building a full library of structured training plans, plus we’ll also share follow-along workouts there in the future. Some of you have already joined the app and the feedback on sets and reps are positive ☺️

• YouTube stays free as always. We love this community and we’ll keep bringing you new, high quality workouts every week to help you stay consistent.

• Our Lean & Strong Challenge is going strong, starting week 8 on Monday 🔥🔥 But as we move forward, Playbook will be the main home for our programs and all the different training styles we want to bring you. We will share soon more details on the App and its features.
