So I recently asked Google Gemini (AI) to help make a thumbnail for my video on going to Dallas Windup... this is what it came up with. Kind of sad that this kind of over-the-top craziness is considered the default.
I, of course, didn't use it; it doesn't come near to the tone of the video. But it was too funny to not share.

The Channel turned 8 years old this week. When I started it, I had no idea what I was doing and no idea what to expect. While I didn't become massively huge or the next Jody, I have helped a lot of people waste a lot of time. With over 12 million views and 815,000 watch hours.

The Good Folks over at Jack Mason are auctioning off a 1 of 1 unreleased prototype of the Strat-O-Timer. The proceeds from this Caffine Free Dr. Pepper version will go directly to TEGNA Texas Flood Relief Fund to support those impacted by the recent floods in the Texas Hill Country.

I've had a few people mention that the Pitzmann Overture is now half off. I think it's now about $300 US (no clue about the tariff situation and Korea, though). Which includes the colorful Rolexy dial version I reviewed and a newer, more conservative-looking one with a date. I guess they weren't selling well, but not a bad price for a good High Accuracy Quartz Watch. It might be worth watching the review again.
