Alas, i was rejected for monotization for google's newest kick in the teeth of the last few years the "reused" content policy. I have alot of content i have created and edited myself, but according to what others have posted, simply uploading gameplay footage, creating interesting meme videos or referencing things is not enough, they expect you to do intros, voice overs, be on camera these days. I've had this channel for close to 20 years now, that's a long time and it was monotised for many years, this isn't fair to me or the rest of the community that might be small timers but want to share and get something back for the hard effort we put into videos.
