Yesterday I did 11 live sessions from 3 PM until 2:45 AM and woke up late today. I felt very low on energy all day.... I spent the entire day overthinking whether to go live or not... and now the day is over... I feel really guilty.😣

I haven’t come to stream for the last 3 days for different reasons. In life, there will be many reasons and many days when you won’t feel like doing anything. But ignoring all of that, whether it’s today or tomorrow, we have to get back on track.
