Hello!

We're a team determined to teach the Bible by reading the Bible and sharing it with others via social networks.
Bible studies are great because we find important guidance to help us know who we are, where we came from and where we're going. All the problems we face find answers in the Bible. Reading the Bible also means talking to God every day.
God gives us His message through His Word. Would you like to talk to God every day by reading the Bible? Do you have problems you feel you can't get out of: read the Bible. Read and understand it, and read it to others.

May God continue to help you as you decide to communicate with him by reading and reading the Word of God.

Amen!

The mission story of October 18, 2025, is coming from Brazil.
The title of this story is: Stranger on a Boat.
The day started like any other in Jamilly’s quiet riverside village on the Amazon. The air was thick with the scent of rain and earth, and the only sounds were the ripples of the water and the chatter of birds in the trees. Suddenly, a voice called out from outside her home, “Hello!”
Startled, Jamilly peeked out and saw a stranger. In a place where visitors were rare, a stranger’s presence was unusual, almost alarming. Her parents were away, and she was alone with her little brother. The man introduced himself as Pastor Cassi, from the Seventh-day Adventist Church. His smile was warm, and his tone was gentle. He asked her about her life, and about her relationship with her parents.

Far out in the Namibian desert, life is harsh and demanding. The Himba people, strong and resilient, move with their herds of cattle and goats, always chasing water to survive the long, dry seasons. For Kazuvakua, a 24-year-old mother of three, each day was filled with the struggles of caring for her family, the animals, and the homestead. But deep inside, her heart carried a longing for something greater — a thirst no well or borehole could satisfy.
One day, her life changed. A stranger arrived at her homestead with an unexpected invitation: “Come to church.” Curious and open, she followed. Under the shade of a great tree, she joined women and children from nearby homesteads. There was no building, no pews, no stained glass — just people sitting on the dusty ground, their eyes lifted toward the preacher.

Lesson 9, “Living the Law,” shows that God’s law is not just a set of rules but a revelation of His character—His love, justice, and mercy. At Sinai, God gave not only the Ten Commandments but also the Code of the Covenant, practical laws that protected the vulnerable, promoted fairness, and kept worship central through the Sabbath and festivals. God’s plan was always to fight for His people and grant them the Promised Land as a gift, teaching them trust and obedience. Jesus later restored the law’s true meaning, showing that it was never about revenge but about justice, reconciliation, and love—even for enemies. Ultimately, vengeance belongs to God, and true perfection is found in unselfish love. To “live the law” means to reflect God’s character daily in our relationships and choices.

Wednesday lesson. The Early Church Persecution.
It’s not just the Old Testament that gives us precursors to final events.
The book of Acts shows that the early Christians also faced persecution, just as God's people will in the last days. Acts chapter 12 recounts Herod’s execution of James and the imprisonment of Peter.
James had been beheaded and Peter was to be next; there was a death penalty against Christians. Some believers were spared; others were killed. As we approach the end time, the same thing will happen.
Miraculously, Peter is freed by an angel, even though the church had trouble believing their prayers had been answered.
This story illustrates two important realities: First. God can intervene miraculously to protect His people.
However deliverance is not always guaranteed in this life. Faithfulness may mean martyrdom, as it did for James and later Peter.
Jesus had foretold Peter’s eventual martyrdom but still called him to follow him. Likewise, God's people today are called to follow Christ regardless of what they may face.

We must understand that:
Daniel 2 confirms God's control over history and the certainty of His eternal kingdom.
Daniel 3 and Revelation 13 reveal how forced worship and false systems challenge faithfulness to God.
Faith and allegiance will be tested in the end times just as they were in the past.
Worship is not only a matter of ritual but of ultimate loyalty.
The Sabbath will play a key role in the final conflict between God's law and human authority.
God’s people must stand firm, even in the face of persecution, trusting in divine deliverance—or divine strength to endure. Hope and peace are possible, even in prophecy, because Jesus walks with His people to the very end.

The mission story of May 24, 2025, is coming from the Philippines.
The title: Strange Noises at Night.
When James arrived on a remote island in the Philippines to serve as a student missionary, he expected to share hope and truth with others—but he didn’t expect his house to be haunted. Or at least, that’s what his neighbors claimed.
“There are spirits in your house,” the husband warned, with wide eyes.
“We hear voices and footsteps at night,” added the wife. “We can’t sleep.”
But James wasn’t afraid. He believed the Bible’s teaching that the dead are asleep, waiting for the resurrection. He knew God had brought him to this island for a reason, and He would surely protect him.
James and his fellow missionary weren’t deterred. They moved into the humble gray house with the green roof, settled into the rhythm of island life—no electricity, no running water—and began their true mission: to reach hearts for Christ.
Their neighbors, though frightened, refused Bible studies or even religious booklets. But James and his friend found another way to minister: they lived their faith out loud. Literally.
Morning and evening, they lifted their voices in song and Scripture, knowing the neighbors could hear every word through the thin walls. They prayed not just for the former Adventists in the community, but for that scared couple next door. They believed the Word of God could do what they could not—bring peace to troubled hearts.
