Thank you to everyone who shared your favorite yogurt brands! I’m reviewing the yogurts you submitted and sharing my tips on what to look for when choosing one.

Just to be clear: this is never about shaming what you’re buying. ❤️ So many of these are great options! I just want to help you be more mindful of things like added sugar (especially if you’re eating yogurt at breakfast) and a few other ingredients to consider based on your goals.

Many of these can still be fantastic choices, including as a healthier dessert or snack. My goal is simply to teach you what to look for so you can make the best decision for you.
