Here it is again… one of the strangest? And maybe surprisingly fast, vehicle of World War II!?
The Kettenkrad (Sd.Kfz. 2) is one of those machines that makes you stop and look twice. Is it a motorcycle? A tank? Something in between? Whatever it is, it’s unlike anything else built during the war.
Originally designed for tough terrain and airborne operations, this compact tracked vehicle proved to be incredibly versatile. From towing equipment to navigating mud, snow, and rough landscapes, it could do it all. And yes… it was faster than you might expect!
There’s just something fascinating about machines like this. The design, the purpose, the history, it all comes together in a way that still captures attention today.

They took REAL WW2 vehicles (including a Sexton, M7 Priest and M32 Recovery Vehicle) onto a motocross track… and pushed them to FULL THROTTLE in the mud.
It’s loud, heavy, and honestly… you don’t see this very often.
