Last year, we spent two weeks journaling every single day, and it was one of the most liberating experiences I’ve ever had.

I’ve always journaled, but journaling with a community, seeing people’s testimonies, and hearing how God used journaling to heal hearts, heal relationships, and highlight areas that needed growth, whewww was so humbling. We all grew. It was such a wholesome period of holistic growth, honestly.

So as we go into this new edition of Journaling with KL, I want to invite you to do this with us.

It takes about 10 minutes every day. You sit with the prompt, answer the questions honestly by yourself, and stay committed.

You don’t have to post your answers online. Realistically, if you’re answering honestly, you won’t be able to. This is for you.

Prompts will be shared here every day by 10am.

Today is Day One, and we’re starting with Identity. Beyond the questions, sit with yourself and answer sincerely. Sometimes a prompt will take you further than the questions it asks, please allow it.

The joy of journaling is not writing perfectly. The joy is writing honestly, gaining self-awareness, and being able to move in a clearer direction for your life.
