So, I did more thinking about how I want Fern to be in the future AU series. And remember the changes and summary I gave you guys?

If you didn’t see the summary, I put it in the comment section on AJ’s post where AJ mentioned his honest opinion about Fern with the first option on how to make her personality “memorable.”


I know it’s a lot, I’m very sorry. But I just really don’t want to spoil my MHA series. That’s why I gave bit to bit information when I first introduce her to not spoil or overwhelm people. 🥲

Personally, egocentric Fern sounds like a fun idea. Although, I don’t want her to be very snobby and annoying, since she’s not really that type of person.


I want it, like, 40% because of her past trauma. She can act that way IF she was in a good mood, but not delusional or overly annoying.


Fern actually is modest, but not overly gentle or enthusiastic. She sometimes gets really annoyed if someone throws tantrums a lot or she cannot catch her enemies.


Maybe balancing ego (Like, not overload) might work accurately, but make modesty a bit higher in her default mood.


And I will definitely accept Fern hanging her students upside down with throned vines, since her quirk can be scary when she’s furious 👍

And “Fern wearing like she’s going to prom” sounds cool. But there are two main styles that Fern wears:

1. “Drippy, casual streetwear” with flowers (Probably my most creative style I imagined, in my opinion)

2. Most of the time, her winter outfits were “Cozy chic” aesthetic.


Pretty much, she likes colors that look pretty on flowers. She doesn’t really have a favorite color.


And the hero costume that Fern wears does look like a prom dress ngl. She genuinely likes fashion.

Since I didn’t went to full details on how Miranda became childhood friends with Chiye, here it is. I hope I made kid Chiye accurate. Feel free to change it if you want! :D


At age 7, Miranda’s family moved to Japan for a safer spot to do their circus. They became popular (Both in Massachusetts, U.S and Japan), though Miranda doesn’t care about fame and tried to focus on academics.



Miranda attended in the same elementary school as Chiye and was placed at the 10th place on the top 10th academically-gifted student with all As. She was impressed on how disciplined and intelligent Chiye is like her, in contrast to her talkative classmates.



At a park, Miranda noticed that Chiye accidentally dropped her book. She picked it up with her telekinesis quirk and give it to Chiye. They have a little talk about how Miranda wants to be a hero and attend Harvard University instead of working at her father’s circus. They barely interact until they partnered up with their science project. Miranda gains confidence to confess Chiye. She genuinely told Chiye about how Chiye was unique from Miranda’s family and classmates.




Unfortunately, Miranda got rejected from U.A’s hero course, which is why she has less screen time than Chiye. She decided to attend N.L.A to be a pro hero as a way to break her passive nature.




Fun facts:

1. Miranda was more expressive than Chiye, but was shy than her.

2. Miranda’s favorite school subjects are science (Both biology and physics) and language arts.

3. Miranda dislikes sports (Like me 🥲)

Age: 17

Birthday: 4/25

Grade: 12th grade

Homeroom teacher (Or class): Mr. Greggory the Geometry teacher

Role: Vice president because of her emotional intelligence and her recent mature self.




Personality:

Positive: Cheerful, observant, empathetic, and sociable.

Negative: Hold grudges (Bc of her father), ditzy, slightly spoiled, and sometimes misunderstand others.




Likes: Matcha, desserts, anything that looks “aesthetically cute,” and cheering people up.

Dislikes: Dogs, others hiding their hurt, her father, and sometimes social media.



Lore:

1. Born with wealthy paảents, who owned a high-end restaurant.

2. Monika has little experience on cooking, which is why her parents always cook for her.

3. Monika used to be more of a spoiled brat. One time, her dress got bitten by a dog because of her entitlement.

4. Monika has a complicated relationship with her greedy father because he didn’t care for her mother’s well-being. Monika matures and helps her mother out, since she cares for her.

5. Monika got into Ravora Prep because her parents are wealthy enough to pay it and they want her to act more properly.


I know that Ravora Prep doesn’t allow hats, but I gave it to her to make her happy :)

I think that Monika will get along with Kaede Fukada, but she’s calmer. Or maybe other future class 1-A students that she’s similar or will get along with?

I keep the rest of Miranda’s information the same, but I changed some things:



1. Instead of making her a villain, I made her a student in N.L.A who got her hero passion come true but not Harvard because she died.


2. She wasn’t mischievous that much as her villain AU, but still cheerful and kinda rebellious.


3. Since she’s not a villain, she has a stable relationship with Chiye and not a complicated one. However, she still refused to work at her father’s circus (Although this doesn’t affect Chiye that much).


4. Since she’s not Japanese, it’s best if I give her a different non-Japanese surname. So, I chose Riveriro because it sounds nice (In my opinion).

Probably a rival of Chiye??


Also, she’s in Fern’s class 1-A
