I got this email today from my “mother”. The same mother that had me waiting looking out the window for her to show up for me as a child only to be met with disappointment.
The same mother that would lie on me and watch my father beat me down to the ground like a dog and laugh in my face.
The same mother that watched me starve and laughed in my face countless times.
The mother that wished d**th on my son.
The same mother that watched me and her grandkids homeless and smiled knowing she could help but chose not to.
The same mother that would disrespect me to my children’s family members and try to encourage them to be deadbeats.
The same mother wishing poverty on me.
Sometimes when we see people in certain situations instead of judging we should stop and wonder how they got there.
Not only did this woman not raise her children. She consciously chose to abandon, Con, lie and mistreat all her children. When my kids were hungry I was met with laughter. So now when she expects respect and honour.
She’s left with silence.
The same way I was left on my own having to claw my way out of the darkness alone. Is the same energy she’s being met with now 💛🌻
