Jonah Barnes et. al., engaged James White yesterday over a parody song about Reformed theology. Here is the tl;dr summary ...

White: (Spends 20 minutes trying to convince us he's both knowledgeable about the Church and relevant ..)

White: Do you think that song was accurate?

Barnes: Yes.

White: (huffs) Well .. it wasn't. This is not a joke.

Barnes: What did we get wrong?

White: You mentioned that we are created depraved and dead.

Barnes: Is that not what you believe?

White: No. We believe that we are dead in sin and totally depraved because of the Fall.

Barnes: So you do believe you are dead and depraved.

White: No. We are dead in sin and totally depraved becasue of the choices of Adam and Eve. Totally different thing.

Barnes: The song was a joke.

White: Nothing is ever funny and I have no sense of humor. (Ends call)
