I absolutely LOVE Taskmaster and if I could do anything in life it would be go on this show.
But even as a viewer I have to rewind to listen to the task instructions again because as SOON as they start reading them, my brain just switches off completely. It's a total involuntary reaction 🤣

Having a little sentimental moment! 🥰
Last week I turned 33 and my business turned 5!
Five years since I took the plunge to commit to Coaching as my career, after three years of planning and researching.
I couldn't have done it without the validation and support from this community on YouTube. Thank you 🫶
My biggest learning? No amount of secret planning and researching prepared me for the reality, because its too comfortable.
The real learning happens when you take an action that makes you feel a bit sick 🤪

Whoops! I've been side questing today.
The last month has been stressful for a few reasons. And with my upcoming group programme launch, I have a long list of things that I NEED to get done. With a deadline.
But today I woke up with a craving to make a specific sandwich. So I did.
And then I journaled. Washed my hair. Stared out the window. Figured out the future of my services. Went to the library. Designed some hats. Got over a major mental blocker.
Ya know, the stuff that wasn't a priority but needs space to actually happen.
Sometimes you gotta let yourself off the hook. It might even be more fruitful than leashing yourself 😏

Sooo I got banned from Linkedin 😬
The tl;dr is: got hacked, got banned, lost my account, can't start a new one.
😫 Bad news: I've lost a network I've been building for 10 years, that was a big part of my business.
😏 Good news: I've now got a fierce determination to put my energy into Youtube & Substack. I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED BY THE SENSELESS TECH GIANTS.
