Thinking about the horror potential of love in paradise. Calypso out here serving The Loved Ones, Misery and It’s a Wonderful Life freakiness. She’s so obsessed with Ody’s aliveness that he wakes up to her listening to him breath and trying to shove her fingers in his mouth because he’s so full of life and she hasn’t seen anything that wasn’t dead for a hundred years. But she has no concept of mortal fragility, like I think she has cuteness aggression with zero restraint. She covets his unique spirit but also wants to shape him to be more agreeable and uncomplicated Also spooky ghosts that have no chill that prevent ody from yeeting himself because they look so whack nasty
Still indecisive about which song animatic i want to focus on but anyways here is a lil draft gif demonstrating the level of foolishness i want the Suffering animatic to have
I've been learning how to 3d model recently so here's a lil look at Circe's palace exterior (learning to model has really sped up my process)! I think it might be neat if Eurylochus clocks that the room the men go into looks smaller than the exterior would suggest and also that it seems that the palace has amenities for alot of people, since for my interpretation of Circe i'm going for the vibe that she has her nymphs hide since she cannot risk any possibility of them getting hurt. Once the crew be piggies, the room opens up to reveal it's actually far larger (maybe magically or just curtains idk) maybe the palace is deceptive with the front and receiving room being more traditionally greek and the areas the nymphs use are more unique and anachronistic Anyho i've been ponderating which animatic to focus on since rn im working on a bunch, which are Suffering, Survive, Puppeteer and Done For. I do feel Survive might be the hardest and longest to do so idk whether i should focus on one of the easier ones while working on Survive on the side Also the original animatics are still in motion but rn im just noodlin at them while i figure out what do
Just posted the storyboard pro file for Comfort Zone for patrons and channel members! Also i found out kofi has a shop feature so i may put it and previous files on there
