On a mission to help you plan an epic trip to Iceland.
I’ve lived in Iceland for 10 years, exploring every corner of this island. My goal is simple: to document my adventures, inspire others to explore Iceland, and share local knowledge to make your trip as easy, exciting, and stress-free as possible.
On this channel, you’ll find videos that cover:
1) Strategic help to plan your trip from beginning to end
2) How to avoid common mistakes and experience Iceland like a local
3) The best places to visit and adventures to try—plus what to skip or avoid
I’m also always looking to hear from travelers—whether you’ve already visited or you're planning your first trip. Your experiences and challenges help me create better videos that answer real questions and solve real problems.
Feel free to email me if you have a story, question, or challenge you'd like to share.

This one goes out to you. I'd like to say a huge thank you for being here and allowing me to continue growing this channel. YouTube has been one of the most challenging things I've ever done, and I'm excited for what the future holds next.
I know there are thousands of channels you could be watching, so the fact that you chose to hit subscribe means the world to me. Whether you found me through a travel tip, a random recommendation, or a deep dive into Iceland content - thank you. Your support, your comments, reviews on my guides and even just watching a video all the way through, has helped me keep going.
This milestone isn’t just a number. It’s a reminder that there are real people on the other side of the screen. So from the bottom of my heart, thanks for being part of this journey. We’re just getting started.

Hello from Greenland!
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably seen that I’ve been on a work trip the past few days - photographing heli-skiing in East Greenland! Because of that, the next video (about traveling to Iceland in May) might be a little delayed.
That’s what happens when you have two different jobs you genuinely enjoy 😅
That said, I just wanted to say a big thank you for following along and also ask:
- What topics would you like me to cover next on this channel?
Let me know in the comments, I’d love to hear your ideas!

I just returned from South Iceland where I finally had a chance to visit this waterfall that was on my list for sooo long. This is Háifoss and it quickly became one of my favourite places on the island. The view is spectacular, both from the top but also from the bottom of the canyon where you can truly feel the power of this waterfall. I ended up spending there maybe much more time than I should have and ended up completely drenched, from all the spray coming from the ,,foss'' but it was definitely worth it.
Ps - The road leading there isn't the best, though you might make it in 2wd you will need a good clearance and so having a jeep is recommended. And I wouldn't attempt to drive there in the winter.

Thank you for all the nice comments on my last video everyone! I wanted to shoot this one for a while, lot of work went into it and I'm very happy you enjoyed it. I have a couple of travel guide videos planned next, but I will sure find some time to shoot similar style of video again in the future. Sending my best from a very windy day here in Iceland!

A lot of snow and very cold days here in Iceland at the moment, temperatures dropping close to -20 C/-4 F so I hope that people here have their best lighters ready for the fireworks haha. I also want to wish you all a happy New Year! A little bit too soon I know, but better soon than too late as things have been very busy lately and still will be for next couple of days due to some upcoming travels. New video is therefore on hold, but I have some topic ideas which I look forward to share as soon as I can! Here is a few photos from today's frozen landscape.

I have a question for you which is relevant to my NEW video, which is coming out this Sunday.
: If you could move to the cabin in the mountains of North Iceland, would you do it?
