Best "Diet" Tips for Busy Women Who Want to Stay Healthy and Feel Great🔥
TIP 1️⃣
"Don't eat anything your great grandma wouldn't recognize as food."
In other words, stick to foods without excessive ingredients, such as fruits 🫐vegetables 🥦buckwheat 🍚 meat 🍗 and fish 🍤 ( organic , grass fed)
Keep it simple!
TIP 2️⃣
If you do consume foods with ingredients, follow this rule: "Avoid anything with more than 5️⃣ ingredients."
If it contains more ingredients like seasonings ex. oregano, basil , and black pepper - that’s ok.
And that's a wrap! 😊 By incorporating these two rules into your daily routine, you'll feel incredible! Experience less brain fog, heightened energy levels, increased productivity, and reduced bloating. 🌟
In my household, it's a challenge to find foods with more than 5 ingredients 😉. I prefer to maintain a clean diet during the week and treat myself to a restaurant dinner or indulge in fresh, warm croissants or gelato ice cream once a week! 🍽️🥐
