Hello everyone, please make sure to check this @Cisco Field Notice. If you have a Smart License enabled Cisco Unified Communications Manager, then it is time to check this Field notice.
For Smart Licensing enabled versions of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and Session Management Edition, some Secure Sockets Link (SSL) certificates issued from the QuoVadis root certificate authority (CA) trust chain before 2021-03-31 cannot be renewed from this CA. Once those certificates expire, functions such as Smart Licensing and Smart Call Home (SCH) will fail to establish secure connections to Cisco and might not operate properly.
Affected CUCM/SME versions are version 11.5 and above.
