A conjunction is a word that joins ideas together.
But here’s where many students lose marks 👇

They don’t understand the right structure for using different conjunctions.

Examples:
👉 Because - joins clauses (subject + verb)
✔️ He was not admitted because his result could not be found.

👉 Owing to - joins phrases, not full sentences
✔️ He was not admitted owing to the loss of his result.

👉 And - joins words or ideas of equal importance
✔️ She is brilliant and hardworking.

JAMB doesn’t just test meaning - it tests structure.

We have started our topic-by-topic revision classes, where we break down questions like this in a simple and practical way.

Many serious students are already in class. You can still join us - if you’re truly ready to ace JAMB UTME and can commit to the fee of ₦2,000 per subject.

Let’s Learn the Difference Between WILL and WOULD

Will / Would
The main difference between will and would is that would is the past tense form of will, while will is used for present or future situations.

Also, would is often used:
to sound more polite, or
to talk about future events that depend on conditions.

Let’s look at them in detail.

How to Use WILL
1. To talk about future events
Examples:
I will be holding a Marathon class next month.
They will attend the meeting.

2. To talk about immediate or spontaneous decisions
(decisions made at the moment of speaking)
Examples:
Someone is at the door; I will go and see.
Which one will you wear? Well, I will wear the red one.

3. To ask someone to do something or to ask about the future

Examples:
Will you pick up my daughter from school?
Will you invite your friends to join the Marathon class?

4. To make promises and predictions
Examples:
I will buy you shawarma today.
Chelsea will win the match.

When to Use WOULD

1. Would as the past tense of will
(Reported speech)

Examples:

My father said he would pay my school fees the next day.
Rita said she would write to us soon.
He hoped she would come.

2. Would for politeness
When both will and would are possible, would sounds more polite.

3. Would in conditional sentences
Used for imaginary, impossible, or past unreal situations.

Examples:
If I were a billionaire, I would travel round the world.
If she had come to school early, she would not have been punished.

Past Question
My friend asked me if I would like to go to Las Palmas for a holiday, and I said I ______.
(a) will
(b) could
(c) would
(d) like

PHYSICS (JAMB FOCUS)

Waves: Speed, Frequency & Wavelength

In JAMB, once a question gives you speed and frequency, your target is wavelength.

👉 Go straight to the formula:

v = fλ

Substitute the values, solve, and pick the closest option.

No stories. No unnecessary theory.

This exact question reflects the pattern JAMB frequently tests under Waves and the question picked from our January JAMB Mock Exam.

If you want to understand Physics, master exam patterns, shortcuts, and accuracy, join Mr Chike’s Physics class, today at 7:30 p.m.

You won’t just know Physics — you’ll know how to answer JAMB Physics questions correctly.

One problem I’ve been facing since we started our 2026 JAMB UTME classes is that some people keep saying they thought the fee was ₦1,000 per subject per month.

Last year, we conducted our lessons using Telegram, but this year, we’re using Google Meet (live video). The classes are recorded, and students can re-watch the sessions at any time.

The notes are provided in the Telegram groups. These groups are designed for students to brainstorm and interact with their teachers even after classes.

So, you see why we can’t maintain the ₦1,000 fee per subject per month. I pay Google to enable class recordings, and since Google Meet consumes more data, the teachers’ salaries also had to be reviewed.

All these improvements are to help us achieve our goal of 350+ in next year’s JAMB UTME.

The tuition fee for the 2026 JAMB UTME classes is ₦2,000 per subject per month, which is still very affordable considering the quality of teaching we provide.

Send us a WhatsApp message to join us if you haven’t done so already!

Yeah! 💃

Our JAMB 2026 classes have kicked off!

We started with Math. The students participated actively, the lessons were recorded, and the video link has been shared in our Telegram group. Assignments will be posted in both the WhatsApp and Telegram groups, and students will submit and receive corrections there.

To the glory of God, I have hardworking and committed teachers who share my goal of producing top scorers.

The goal was 350, but from what I can see, 370 is achievable.
