Alghafoor Grande City Updates (16-01-2022) Site Visit:

FL1 TOWER 1 excavation work in Completed

FL1 Tower 2 Plinth work Completed - Slab 1 Work Started

FL1 Tower 3 Plinth work Completed - Slab 1 Work Started

FL1 Tower 4 Plinth work completed - Waiting for Slab Work

Builder required 1st SLAB payment from FL1 customers in January 2022

FL2 work not started - As per builder work will start in February 2022

FL2 NOC in progress

Builder asking plinth payment in January from FL2 customers

Tuff tiles fixing work completed in commercial area

Masjid work in progress. Speed of work is very slow

Cottages: Plinth work completed of most of the cottages. Now labour not working on it

Concrete making machine installed on site to increase productivity

Small hotel (Dhaaba) made outside alghafoor gate for labour lunch and dinner. This is a good step to save time and get more productivity

FL1 Tower 2 Plinth work in progress.

FL1 Tower 3 Plinth work completed.

FL1 Tower 4 Plinth work completed

Builder will required 1st SLAB payment from FL1 customers in January 2022.

FL2 work not started.

FL2 NOC in progress.

Builder asking plinth payment in January from FL2 customers
