Bible for peaceful days

I have just uploaded my last upload for 2025.

I started to read psalms in 2025 & it opened my world. This year I took my time meditating, learning and prayer. I hope you all are blessed and bring your blessings into 2026. Psalm 126 reminds us that God will give us blessings when we take time to sow.

Sorry my uploads have been slow but editing does take my time and I hope you understand

Prayer isn't just spiritual-it's biological.
Studies from Harvard and Duke show it can add up to 10 years to your life. It rewires the brain, lowers stress, strengthens immunity, and boosts emotional resilience.
The same faith that lifts the soul also heals the body.
Science is only now catching up to what believers have known all along. #news #christian #bible

Bible for peaceful days

Wow. This is powerful!
After months of praying over her unborn son, Amanda Foster from Cincinnati believes her prayers were answered in a powerful way.
She says that before each ultrasound, she would drop to her knees and ask God to place His hand on baby Kyler. During a recent scan, her young daughter noticed something unusual-what looked like a hand cradling the baby's head.
Amanda shared the image online, calling it a sign from God. "I've asked the Lord repeatedly to keep His hand on my baby," she wrote. "And there it was." #news

My life as it is today - 🥰

A Psalm of Rediscovery and Renewal

O Lord, if only I had opened Your Word thirty years ago—
how many storms I might have weathered with peace,
how many tears might have watered wisdom instead of regret.

Many times I began,
I opened the sacred pages and tried to understand.
But the words felt distant,
and I did not know how to walk through the garden of Scripture.
So I stopped. Again and again, I stopped.

But then, like a whisper in the dark,
I heard: “The Psalms are for protection.”
And my soul stirred—
Could this be my shield, my strength, my guide?

I turned back, this time not to the beginning of Genesis,
but to the center of the soul: the Psalms.
Verse by verse, line by line—
I did not rush.
I sat with each one,
pondered them through sunrises and moonlit nights.

Some psalms broke me.
Others built me.
They reminded me of how far I’ve come,
and how much the Lord has carried me through.

By Psalm 30, my heart was awakened.
So I returned to Psalm 1,
not because I was lost—
but because I had found the joy of beginning again.

I searched deeper.
I searched Google.
I made videos—not to perform,
but to plant seeds—
hoping my family, too, would one day walk beside me
in the quiet power of God’s Word.

There are days I read and tears fall.
Not out of sorrow,
but out of awe.
His Word is not just ink on a page—
it is breath,
it is flame,
it is light for my path.

I listen to the Psalms as I drive to the gym,
letting the rhythm of Scripture
beat in time with my heart.

Now I dwell in Psalm 50,
and I know—O Lord, I know—
this journey has no end,
only new beginnings, deeper waters,
and brighter revelations.

Each morning, I rise eager to meet You in the pages.
Each night, I lie down with a Word still echoing in my spirit.

O Lord, how I love Your Word.
You waited patiently for me to return,
and now, I never want to leave.

Selah.
