If you live trying to protect your image, keep everyone happy, hoping they will understand, then you are going to be frustrated. Life happens to us all. You don't have to explain yourself to everyone, you don't have to convince people to try to be there for you.
The ones that are judgemental, won't show you any mercy. You can be sure they have issues too, they have things they are dealing with, that they are not telling you about. There is no shame in being open and honest💯
