Aaj first time meine 13.02 km Long Run complete kiya. Pehle 4 km 6:5x pace pe strong start.
Phir gradual slowdown – fatigue, legs tight.
Avg Heart Rate: 159 bpm
VO2max: 46.9 (Good category)

Analysis:
❌ No negative split
❌ HR too high for long run
❌ Cadence low

Lesson: Smart pacing wins races.”
