Primal Carnage: EVOLUTION is coming to your PS Consoles on the 28th of May! In 11 days you will be able to experience one of the staples of Dinosaur games in history by an independent studio!


To commemorate, here is the primary, promotional artwork that I have produced for the release!

I have to say that I think that none of the best known survival games like The Isle would exist if it wasn't for this project almost 16 years ago! It opened up the gaming world to even more independently developed dinosaur themed entertainment and it is a surreal feeling to see it going so strong with such a passionate team behind it continually updating it and preserving its replay value for so long. And not only that, but to also be bestowed with the opportunity to be a part of this milestone myself is a huge honor and something I don't take lightly. I could never have imagined as a teenager that I would be included in the creative aspect of this IP after being just an avid enjoyer back in the early 2010's and to have my work so focal for its promotion now.


It truly is a blessing.

Hey peeps 👋

I ended up in another long hiatus due to undisclosed work, but I’m trying to get back to posting more regularly. I still got a lot on my plate as things stand, but come June, I’m hoping to get back into the groove again. I managed to get some A5 size sketches done to fill the gap a bit. Here’s a mythical looking Tigon and a large asian bull elephant. Mammals and modern animals in general are something that I want to start filling my portfolio with as I feel that it would be a missed opportunity to not pay tribute to what we have today in our magnificent God given earth. So stay tuned for more of that!

Fishing time 🎣

Here’s the scanned version of my latest commission drawing on toned paper of a Spinosaurus in search of food in its territory’s shallow waters. Really enjoying putting this one together within about a week’s time. I think this might be the most anatomically correct drawing of the skull shape of Spinosaurus that I’ve done so far, which I’m pretty happy about. This piece is now off to Italy 🇮🇹 Prints of this will be available within the next few days!

Materials used: Pigma Micron stippling pen, Faber Castell brush pen and Graphite pencils on toned paper ✍️

One of the most formidable, slender, yet powerful predator designs ever, based on a specimen that tells a real story. The emphatic skull crests are always a joy to draw as well as that iconic color scheme and pattern. This was a pretty wonderful commission project of Big Al and I’m already working on the digital version for the prints. Would probably be almost 7 years now since I last did a proper Allosaurus piece that was fitting for a print. I am now at the final stages of the Big Al bust drawing. Now it’s time to crack open the brush pens for coloring. Interestingly enough, what I’m most excited about is turning this one into a print, because I have a pretty clear picture of what I’m going to cook up with it. Let’s see how it goes ✍️

I’m now getting some good rhythm and progress on this new Big Al commission with the texture implementation. I’ve been wanting to do a new Allosaurus piece for some time now and this is the best kind of opportunity that came to my doorstep, which I’m grateful for.
