"Penalty system changed from being simply collision intensity based on a system that now evaluate what "problem" you caused during the collision, in a span of time, so independent from the collision intensity. If you caused a slowdown, an off track, a position lost and it is your fault, you get penalty. Also banner now show when someone caused you a collision and tell who hit who"
