People are reportedly paying up to $13,000 to reset their "body count" to zero.

A clinic in Brazil is offering hymen reconstruction surgery, with reports claiming many patients are women over 30 seeking a fresh start before entering a serious relationship or marriage.

The trend has sparked heated debate online. Some see it as a personal choice that can restore confidence or help meet cultural or religious expectations. Others argue it reinforces outdated beliefs about virginity and places unnecessary pressure on women.

Would you ever consider spending $13,000 on a procedure like this, or do you think the money would be better spent elsewhere?

According to research in psychology, men report the highest levels of happiness and life satisfaction when they are in active pursuit of physical and financial growth. Not when they have arrived at a destination, but when they are in the process of becoming. The grind itself is where fulfillment lives for most men. Sitting still, even comfortably, produces restlessness. Progress produces peace. • Studies have consistently shown that men tie their sense of identity and self-worth closely to their ability to provide, protect, and perform at a high level. When a man is in the gym consistently, watching his body change and his strength increase, his confidence bleeds into every other area of his life. When he is building financially, stacking income, learning new skills, and watching his net worth grow, that sense of purpose becomes his anchor. The two go hand in hand because discipline in one area almost always transfers to the other. • What this means practically is that the worst thing a man can do is become comfortable and coast.
Comfort without growth is where depression, irritability, and a loss of identity quietly set in. A man needs a mission. He needs to see himself moving forward. The men who are truly at peace are not the ones who have figured everything out. They are the ones who woke up today with something to work toward.

According to the Pew Research Center and the U.S.
Census Bureau, Black marriage rates hit their lowest point around 2010 when only about 29% of Black adults were married. Since then the rate has climbed steadily, marking the first sustained rise in over 40 years and representing a 20% increase that researchers and sociologists are paying close attention to. • The shift is being driven by several converging factors. Black college graduation rates have risen significantly over the past two decades, and higher education levels have historically correlated with higher marriage rates across all demographics. Economic mobility among Black households has also improved, and research consistently shows that financial stability is one of the strongest predictors of whether couples choose to marry and stay married. Black men and women are also having more open conversations about marriage, family, and intentional partnership than at any point in recent memory. • The cultural narrative around Black love and Black marriage is shifting in real time. From the couples building generational wealth together to the wedding photos flooding timelines every weekend, what we are seeing is not a coincidence. It is a generation that watched the breakdown and decided to build something different. Black marriage is not dying. It is making a comeback and the data is backing it up.
