I'll bring you along my life as I navigate new areas of my career and jump back into my hobbies and learn who I am in my 30's.
I want to bring awernes to mental health and how important it is to learn tools and resources to be able to manage it as we continue to grow and evolve. I've worked really hard at getting out of the depths of my despair and I want to share how I did that so we can help others and LIVE a life we deserve because we're worth it!
