Mans recognition does not supersede God’s calling for your life so please don’t let it delay your obedience.

You may not fit according to their standards.

You may not have walked according to their path.

You may not have the credentials according to their system.

But that has no say. No man is in charge of your gifts. They are given by God and God alone.

The day you said YES to the Lord the standard was set, path was cleared and the system prepared. Your obedience to Him is the focus. Whether man sees or agrees now or never is irrelevant.

One of the things that has kept me progressing and committed in ministry over the past 11 years has been diversity in learning.

I was never led to go to seminary as many others. My path wasn’t structured like that.

My calling is centered on the supernatural, so my ministry journey has been in the field. Outside of the traditional spectrum of learning. When something interested me about the supernatural (prophecy, deliverance, miracles etc…) I sought to learn more about it - biblically.

I’d ask the lord to reveal my gifts and direct me to the places and people who will provide the best knowledge and training for what He knew I needed to complete the assignments He’s given me.

No set blueprint from someone else, but a lot of maps I had to navigate on my own. As with most maps there were plenty roadblocks, detours, missed exits and more, but by the grace of God I learned from them all.

When 10 people showed up in a church in the middle of nowhere, to the 150 last week or the 15,000 that’s to come - I’m a student. Always learning and growing. Cleaning house and dying to self daily so I can qualify to carry what the Lord has entrusted me with.

Ministry is the source of my biggest tests and most fulfilling work. Its kept me as a wife, mother and entrepreneur. Whatever path the Lord sends you on - yield to it. Stay focused. Follow the leading of the Lord and listen to His voice above all and you’ll see fruit just as diverse as the journey.
