One of the most valuable things I’ve learned in life is how to meditate. About five months ago, I met some truly amazing people (I’ll share pictures later) at a Buddhist temple in Penang. They helped open my eyes to a new way of seeing the world—through awareness, kindness, and deeper understanding. It’s truly been life-changing and has started shaping a new version of me.

I’ve come to believe that nothing in this world is accidental. Everything that happens carries meaning and holds a lesson. So if you face any trouble, don’t let stress or worry take over right away. Pause. Take a breath. Wait and see what life is trying to teach you or bring your way. Just trust the process and follow the flow.

Meditation itself isn’t tied to any religion, and practicing it doesn’t make you a Buddhist. In fact, many scientific studies show that meditation has powerful, positive effects on both mental and emotional well-being. Of course, from a spiritual or religious point of view, it can have deeper meanings—like achieving inner peace or awakening awareness.

I really encourage you to give it a try—just 20 minutes a day can make a big difference. You can find plenty of guided meditations on YouTube, or even ask ChatGPT how to get started.

Pangkor Island 🇲🇾 is an amazing place to visit! It’s got beautiful beaches, clear blue water, and such a chill, laid-back vibe. You can relax on the sand, take a boat ride around the island, or snorkel to see the colorful fish and corals—there’s always something fun to do! Plus, the island has cool spots like the old Dutch Fort and the Fu Lin Kong Temple, which are great for exploring and snapping some unique photos.

And the food? It’s super tasty and really cheap! You can enjoy fresh seafood right by the beach, from grilled fish to spicy prawns, along with yummy local dishes like satay and sambal. Everything’s packed with flavor, and the best part is, you don’t need to spend much to eat well here.

So far, I've spent every bit of money I've earned to make sure I can give you the best quality possible—because you totally deserve it! One thing I felt needed improvement in my videos was the sound, so I went ahead and got this microphone for around $130. It sounds amazing! I also ordered a DJI camera, but it's not here yet. Ready to start our travels? I was planning to leave Malaysia this summer, but some personal things came up, so I’m staying for a maximum of 3 or 4 months. That means we don’t have much time left, and there are still so many places to see. Get ready for a whole new adventure!
