Women have made great advancement in the higher education field with more and more women accessing higher education. Despite this, there is a dearth of women in leadership roles in academia with merely 10% of top universities in India having women Vice-Chancellors. To address and deliberate this issue, a Vice-Chancellor’s Roundtable was organized by Sri Sri University as part of our Knowledge Partnership with W20 India of G20 India on March 13, 2023.
