Garage-Built. Grace-Fueled.

Welcome to Speed Syndicate USA—a faith-driven brand where busted knuckles, bold designs, and biblical truth collide.
We started in the garage, filming late-night repairs and redemptive rebuilds—not for clout, but to capture something real. Every drop, every design, every post is part of a bigger story: one of grace, grit, and legacy. We’re not here to go viral. We’re here to leave something behind that points forward.

On this channel, you’ll find:
- 🎥 Raw garage footage—failures, fixes, and faith in motion
- ✝️ Devos, scripture drops, and real talk about walking it out
- 🧢 Apparel that speaks louder than trends
- 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family, chaos, and the kind of love that keeps you grounded

Whether you’re here for the builds, the message, or the merch, we’re glad you found us. This is for the ones who live loud, build with purpose, and know the road is already marked.

Thanks for being part of the crew.

FEATURED RIDE: “STORM CHASER” — The Duster Built on Overtime, Heart, and Family

When we ran our cover photo contest, dozens of people dropped their rides in the comments. One picture didn’t win the vote, but it stopped me in my tracks — a wicked Duster with a presence that felt bigger than the frame it was in. That car belonged to Scottie Napier, and even though the contest went another direction, I knew I needed to reach out.

I sent him a message asking if he’d be open to a feature.
He didn’t hesitate.

His first words set the tone immediately:

“I started building this car 3 years ago and just got it finished over the winter. What makes this car so special is I built it with my dad.”

That was it.
That was the moment I knew we picked the right guy.

I told him, “Getting carried away is easy to do when you're passionate about something — and that’s what we love to see when it comes to hotrods.”
And he proved it.
Because what he sent next wasn’t just a description of a car.
It was a story worth telling.

*Built With Blood, Sweat, and Family*

Some race cars are special because of their performance.
Scottie’s 1970 Duster is special because of the journey.

Three years ago, he traded his race‑ready ’71 Camaro for a bare Don Ness 6.0 double frame‑rail chassis and a carbon‑fiber Andy McCoy Duster body. No engine. No wiring. No parts pile. Just a vision — and a father‑son team willing to grind for it.

The plan was simple: build a car for the 4.70 series.
The reality?
Long days as a lineman, storm‑chasing overtime, and buying parts one paycheck at a time.

The first major purchase he and his dad made together was a blown 540ci big block with a 14/71 blower — a Marketplace find for eight grand from a woman whose late husband had been a racer. When they arrived to pick it up, Scottie noticed a transmission sitting next to the motor.

She told him it went with the engine.
Free.
Just like that.

That same transmission — the one that cost him nothing — is still in the car today.

*A Build That Refused to Quit*

The 540 was supposed to be the forever engine, but like most real builds, the plan changed. Midway through, Scottie and his dad swapped in the 632ci big block from his dad’s Camaro. They fired the car up for its first test run… and immediately ran into transmission issues.

Back to the shop.
Back to the grind.

Then came the deal they couldn’t pass up: a friend selling a 417ci small block Chevy paired with an F1‑Z ProCharger. Scottie and his dad split the cost, dropped it in, and that’s the heart of the car today — boosted, angry, and ready.

Three years later, the Duster was finally complete.
Not because of money.
Not because of convenience.
But because of grit, busted knuckles, and a father and son who refused to quit.

*A Car Named After the Work That Built It*

Scottie named the car Storm Chaser — not for the weather, but for the overtime hours spent chasing storms to pay for parts. Every bolt, every fitting, every upgrade carries the weight of those long nights and long miles.

And he didn’t do it alone.

His wife and kids supported him every step of the way.
Friends stepped in with help, ideas, and motivation — Mark Woods, Glen Woods, Ryan Gibson, Russel “Rabbit” Smith, Eric Shercliff, Bart Morris, Mike Adams, Dream Wraps, and many more.

Speaking of Dream Wraps — their team absolutely nailed the custom wrap. Scottie said it turned out better than he ever imagined.

*More Than a Race Car*

Storm Chaser will run most of the 2026 season at London Dragway, with plans to hit tracks in North Carolina and Tennessee. But no matter where it goes, the meaning stays the same.

Every time Scottie climbs into that seat, he’s not just driving a race car.

He’s sitting inside three years of sacrifice.
Three years of father‑son teamwork.
Three years of storm‑chasing overtime.
Three years of dreams built one part at a time.

That’s what makes this Duster special.
That’s what makes it a Featured Ride.

FEATURE RIDE: “Christine” — Angela Schwartz’s 1965 Chevelle 300 Deluxe

Some cars are built. Some are bought. And some become part of the family the moment they roll into the driveway.

For Angela Schwartz, that car is “Christine,” a 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle 300 Deluxe post car wearing a deep red metallic jewel finish that hits just right in the sun. Under the hood sits a 355 small block paired with a 350 turbo transmission — simple, reliable, and full of that old‑school Chevy attitude.

Angela’s dad brought this Chevelle home back in 2010, and by 2011 she was driving it to her high school graduation. That’s the kind of connection you don’t forget — the kind that sticks with you and becomes part of who you are.

And if you’re wondering where the passion comes from, it runs deep in the Schwartz family:

Angela: 1965 Chevelle 300 Deluxe (“Christine”)

Mom: 1972 Chevelle

Dad: 1969 Plymouth Barracuda — and a lifelong mechanic

Cars aren’t just a hobby for them. They’re a lifestyle, a legacy, and a family language.

“Christine” isn’t just a clean ’65 — she’s a piece of family history, a graduation memory, and a symbol of growing up around horsepower, tools, and the people who live and breathe this culture.

A perfect fit for the Speed Syndicate spotlight.

FEATURED RIDE: Nick Bussell’s 1957 Chevrolet 150

Some cars feel like time capsules. Others feel like they’ve been waiting decades for the right person to bring them back to life. Nick Bussell’s 1957 Chevrolet 150 is both — a survivor hot rod with just enough scars, soul, and mechanical attitude to remind you why these old machines still matter.

The Basics
Nick picked up the ’57 in March of 2025, adding a true piece of American hot‑rodding history to his garage. It’s a Chevrolet 150, the stripped‑down, no‑nonsense version of the iconic Tri‑Five lineup — the kind of car that kids in the late ’60s would’ve turned into a street brawler with whatever parts they could scrounge.

The Heart & Soul
Under the hood sits a period‑correct 283 small block, warmed up with a healthy cam and topped with the legendary dual WCFB four‑barrel carburetors. It’s the exact kind of setup you’d expect to see in an old black‑and‑white photo from the pits at some forgotten dragstrip.

Backing it is a Saginaw 3‑speed paired with a BorgWarner overdrive unit, all feeding a 4.11 rear gear. No electronics. No computers. No fancy tricks.
Just gears, gas, and grit — the way hot rodding was born.

The Cool Factor
This car has that unmistakable “survivor hot rod” vibe. Not restored. Not over-polished. Not pretending to be something it’s not.

It looks like a late‑’60s street machine that got parked in a barn, forgotten for decades, and then dragged back into the sunlight with all its character intact. It’s the kind of car that makes people smile because it feels real — raw, mechanical, and honest.

No trailer queen energy here. This one lives on the road.

The Journey
Nick found the ’57 tucked away in Tennessee, where it likely spent most of its life sleeping under dust and barn boards. Since bringing it home, it’s gotten a new floor pan and a full mechanical refresh to make it road-ready again.

Now it’s a solid, dependable runner — the kind of car that gives you an excuse to disappear into the garage, turn some wrenches, and then hit the road just to hear the small block sing.

Future Plans
Nick’s taking a smart, phased approach:

Phase 1 — Seat Time
Enjoy it as-is. Drive it. Learn it. Let the car tell its story.

Phase 2 — Modern Drivability
A Tremec TKX 5‑speed and more highway-friendly gears are on deck to make long cruises effortless.

Phase 3 — The Big One
A full, ground-up 327 build — Nick’s first complete engine build. No shortcuts. No crate motors. Just a man, a classic small block, and the satisfaction of learning the craft the old-school way.

Why It Matters
Cars like this ’57 remind us what hot rodding used to be — not about perfection, but about passion. Not about money, but about learning, building, and keeping history alive one bolt at a time.

Nick’s Chevrolet 150 isn’t just a project.
It’s a revival.
A survivor.
A rolling piece of American garage culture with its best chapters still ahead.
