Hey there! I'm James Napoli. I grew up in an Italian family where food was the center of everything. Long family meals, simple ingredients, and recipes passed down through generations. For my family, cooking was about community & gathering around the table to share something delicious together.

That's still how I think about food today. I carry a deep passion for classic Italian cooking and the dishes you'll find in home kitchens across Italy. Many of the recipes I cook lean into tradition, while others take a slightly lighter approach without losing the soul of the dish. My philosophy is simple: Food should taste incredible, but it should also be the kind of food that loves you back.
