UNDER-FEELING and OVER-THINKING are at the heart of trauma. They give rise to symptoms such as anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, gut issues and more. Healing begins by reversing this pattern.
Here, I share insights and practices drawn from my own journey. I focus on MIND-BODY APPROACHES that cut through to rectifying THE CAUSE as opposed to spending time managing symptoms;

In this exercise, we venture deeper into the recognition that our true nature is awareness itself. As we disentangle ourselves from thoughts, emotions, sensations and experiences, much of our suffering falls away and we discover a great sense of peace.
If this understanding truly clicks, it can accelerate your healing in a profound way, not just leading to recovery but opening the door to deep capacity and resilience and a more meaningful way of being. You’ll be living a very special life.
