đź‘‹ Hey friends!
Tim here, mental health advocate and social work student (who returned to school later in life).
Mental health around the world, but particularly here in Canada, is awful. I'm here to chat about it: how can we fix it? What can be done? Along the way I'll also share about going back to school in my 30's, tips for students, college and university, and all things mental health.

Hey YouTube community!
Full disclosure: I'm pausing creating videos for now. In full transparency, I want to tell you why.
1. I got a job related to social work, and this takes a lot of time and energy. This and a busy course load makes my time precious!
2. My TikTok and Pinterest are growing differently and require more attention, so I'm focusing my energies there.
Watch the videos as you wish, email or DM me any questions, and I'll see you all soon.
Cheers,
Tim

🧠I talk about mental health so it can be a conversation, and you can always talk to me.
Someone recently slid into my DM’s to chat about mental health, and all I could think was how glad I was, how grateful I was, that we were having this conversation.
I was mainly glad because the ‼️ BIG ‼️ problem with men’s mental health is that we don’t talk about it!
I’m not a therapist (yet) but I can listen, and I will always be present with compassion and understanding.
I will also, and always, refer to resources for support. If I don’t know what resources are available to you, I’ll be part of your research process.
I will maintain: the best thing we can do is have the talk about mental health.
The easiest way to have the talk is to simply ask: how are you, actually?
