i will NEVER understand how ppl say hershel hates maggie for “no reason” when these 2 scenes exist. imagine being kidnapped and held hostage, then when they give your own MOTHER the option to trade in your father’s killer for YOU, her CHILD, you see your mom hesitate. not only that, you see her hesitate for SO long that your father’s killer has to quite literally offer HIMSELF up in order for your mother to choose YOU. like negan quite literally had to MAKE her choose hershel..idk abt u man but i’d be mad as heck too.. and then imagine having to watch someone die and then your mother berates you for not watching where your father’s killer went like ??? ok sorry i was too busy trying to save someone’s life but whatever you say.. oh but then the second hershel raises HIS voice slightly then maggie is like “ok hershel ok” hello ur the one that started it??? he was calmly telling her i dont know where he went then she goes “you mustve seen where he went hershel how could you not look???” ok bro
i could do this for so many more scenes too
