Howdy!
My name is Nick Ager, I started “GrowingBackToEden” back in 2015. I have been an avid gardener for as long as I’ve been walking, heck even before that my mom remembers me crawling into the neighbors yard and picking seeds off her flowers and crawling back and planting them behind the shed! Farming and gardening has been a part of who I am all of my life! I definitely believe whole heartedly that this is what God created me to do and I am beyond blessed to not only have such a great passion for it, but to know my purpose at such a young age! I’ve consulted for folks all over the country! Worked with / along side so many well known leaders in the regenerative agriculture “movement”, and even had the blessing of living with Paul Gautschi for 4 seasons! Paul was / still is like a dad to me and I wish I could still be there but God has a lot of plans for me and for right now he lead me away out of WA state and all over the country over the last year, but now I’ve settle in Florida!

✨ Farm to Table Fire Dinner Series ✨
at Growing Back to Eden Farm
This spring we’re opening the farm for a few special evenings of fire-lit dining, live music, and incredible food straight from the land.
Each dinner features a 5–7 course seasonal menu built around ingredients grown right here on the farm and sourced from other local producers who share our values.
Meals will be cooked over open fire in a traditional style, creating a truly unique dining experience under the evening sky.

Growing Back to Eden is also a ministry rooted in stewarding the land and sharing God’s goodness. As the Bible says:
“Taste and see that the Lord is good.” – Psalm 34:8
What better place to do that than sharing a meal in the garden.

Well I’ve taken about a month off from posting lately. To be honest I’m just getting kind of burnt out lately. The lymes has had my body worn out for a while now. I’m still going strong but it’s catching up to me it feels like. Luckily my best friend in Washington is coming out in two weeks to hang out for a weekend so I’m gonna go camping and get a little break from reality and try to reset. I was just realizing last night that since I moved to Florida 11 months ago I haven’t given myself a break really and I’ve not gone and done anything really since I’ve been here lol. Granted the last three months I’ve been without my own vehicle since mine broke down on Christmas Eve… luckily now I’ve got an awesome truck to drive as of a few weeks ago! But now I’m broke… Such is life! 🤦🏻♂️🤣🤷🏻♂️.
Anyways!
So with that said I’m trying to save up enough to place an order for more ingredients for my Biological compost tea. You can still place your orders via the link below if you are interested (that will help me reach the threshold needed to make the order for the ingredients a little sooner too). So as soon as I have the materials I need in stock again everyone’s orders will be shipped out that week! I’ll be keeping you all posted about the tea as things progress. Right now I’m just trying to save back up.
This year seems to be a year of investment for me I guess. I know it’s still early but hopefully next year is a year of prosperity if not the later months of this year. We shall see haha. Gods definitely never let down and has always provided though, so I’m not worried. It’s all in his timing anyways. Now with all that said, thanks for your support and thanks for barring with me as I try and stock back up on ingredients for the tea! 🙏🏼

I know... I suck. Lol sorry for not posting a video this weekend. I had every intention of getting one put up but just like my newsletter I just didn’t have enough time or energy to get it all done. First market was a success! People really seemed to be happy that I was there and were really excited to know I’ll be around all season! I’m looking forward to growing a ton of food this year to feed the local community! Come on out sometime if you live in or are ever visiting Sequim or Port Angeles on a Saturday this summer! Then on Sunday come out to the farm for the Sunday farm tours at 2:30!
