I am fairly happy with how it turned out, though I’ll admit the script is definitely lacking. Some things may appear disjointed, but the time I realized that I was way to far into production. Gives me things to keep in mind for the next episode! I’m excited to see what you guys think, I’ll see you very soon!

Hey Chat!
First dev log is very close to being done!
I have a little more work to do polishing the video and a little more polishing and animation work, and it will be ready! Sorry its taken so long, editing was a lot more work than I expected. I did have fun though, so I am excited to work on more videos (that hopefully wont take as long to make!)
I'm not giving a definitive release date right this second, but it should be in the next few days. I do have some long shifts at my irl job the next two days, so we shall see.

Quick update:
I got home safe last weekend. I’ve continued work on my video, but my laptop seems to be having some sudden performance issues, making working in blender really laggy and painful. I think it’s cause it’s a ventilation issue and am working on figuring that out. Idk how much this will affect video production for the time being, but I’ll do my best!

Well hello everyone.
(please read before answering poll)
I got a little update on my dev log video that I have been working on. Around a week ago, I had projected the first video would release before May. Obviously, that didn't happen, as I had to, as they say, *lock the heck in on school*. So, naturally, I haven't really had as much time to edit as I did a few weeks ago. So, I have to delay it.

THAT BEING SAID (this is the spicy part):
It got me thinking, as I wasn't fully happy with the original script I wrote, and I also realize the development cycle of this project has been a bit chaotic and all over the place, so it may be hard to write it in such a way that it makes a good episodic series. So I want YOUR help in deciding:
Should I make an episodic series (8-10 minute episodes)
Or should I make this project a movie (30-40 minutes)
Either way, I have a goal set on when this project's video(s) should be done; I am hoping for either late May to mid June. My finals week is next week, and once it is all said and done, I will be able to finally shift my attention to these videos.

Any ways, thank you for bearing with me. I hope I can pump out a shawcapella at some point soon, though I dont want to burn myself out.

First episode of the VR series slated to release sometime before the end of April, assuming there are no hiccups in the editing process. The next episode will probably air sometime mid may. Funnily enough, the game itself will release early may, so my dev logs are a little behind the times. But whatever. Anyways, I need to get back to editing for the time being. Have a blessed day!
