I first wrote the quote you see here back in 2015. I found it so powerful and so true… But I had no clue how to make that happen.

I used to think:
- I have a small business budget.
- I’m a solopreneur, and that’s how I like it to be.
- If I can barely pay myself, how can I even imagine hiring someone else?
- I can’t pay those prices, I’ll learn how to do it myself…

HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT SOMETHING LIKE THIS?
I bet you have… And at the same time we keep admiring how other small business owners have grown and now they run the business of their dreams.
Well, that’s because they have let go that limiting mindset and hired help to scale their business.
Many years after writing that quote I realised that…

I had invested thousands in coaches and training, but I was still pretty resistant to outsourcing.
I really had to be logical with myself about it, so I gave it a go.

BUT MAYBE THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE MONEY…
Maybe your thinking goes like this:
- I can’t find someone who does everything I need.
- How much should I expect to pay or how much time should I ask them to dedicate?
- I don’t have enough time to even implement the things that I hired help for.
- I need someone who does it all for me, and I need them to chase me because I’m too busy.

I’ll be honest, when I started outsourcing it wasn’t easy, and I did not find the perfect match at the first trial.
