Today, we are asking you to email or write your local and state officials, and we have provided our Audit Advocacy Toolkit to help:

• May 27: please contact the Philadelphia County Board of Elections directly.
• May 28: our focus is on Erie and Allegheny Counties for reach-outs.
• May 29: messages should be directed to Secretary of the Commonwealth, Al Schmidt (contact info is in the posts below).
• May 30: we will focus on Governor Josh Shapiro.

Pennsylvania report: Dr. Walter Mebane—widely regarded as the leading U.S. expert on election forensics— reviewed our three-county analysis and conducted his own! His working paper, now on our website, identifies up to 28,000 anomalous votes across Philadelphia, Erie, and Allegheny Counties:

Legal developments: We are currently focused on outreach to Pennsylvania state officials and county election boards. More news on direct legal action will follow soon.

Ladies and gentlemen this week is going to be interesting, we have some awesome things for you on Friday, and going into next week as well.

I did want to highlight again that all ETA website donations go to lawsuits and paying for all the awesome things we need to help validate our elections!

Yet, currently there is no stipend or salary system worked out for those of us who do this full time such as Lilli and I.

I’ve been giving Lilli large portions of the direct donations given to me to help her pay for her rent and other needs until we figure things out. (Canada sucks for transferring donations I found out.)
