Ich habt entschieden: Mit 82% Ja zu 18% Nein habt ihr euch für das Video zum Seifenkistenrennen entschieden. Ich finde, dass Video ist ziemlich cool geworden. Bin gespannt wie es euch gefällt. Das Video hat nächsten Sonntag um 18 Uhr Premiere. Am Donnerstag um 18 Uhr kommt ein Video zu El Escorial in der Nähe von Madrid.

Am 21. Juni findet das Seifenkistenrennen im Riethüsli statt, wo ich aufgewachsen bin. Wie in früheren Jahren, werde ich wieder der offizielle Fotograf und Videofotograf sein. Nun meine Frage an euch: Würde euch ein Video zum Seifenkistenrennen auf diesem Kanal interessieren? Es hat ja nicht gerade viel mit Wandern zu tun, aber ist auch ein Outdoor Sport.

Schon fünf Jahre ist es her, seit ich mit diesem Herzensprojekt begonnen habe. Es macht so viel Spass die schönen Erlebnisse mit euch zu Teilen und mich mit euch auszutauschen. Ihr seid ein tolle Community. Bin ich gespannt, was die nächsten fünf Jahre bringen werden. Das Foto habe ich gestern von meinem Büro an der Uni aus geknipst als gerade eine traumhafte Morgenstimmung herrschte.

Gutes Neues Jahr! Ich freue mich, mit euch zusammen 2026 zu erleben. 2025 habe ich rund 75 Wandertage gemacht, bin gespannt wie viele es dieses Jahr werden. Morgen plane ich in die Westschweiz für eine Winterwanderung zu fahren. Die nächsten drei Donnerstage kommt jeweils noch ein Video vom Winter- und Schneeschuhwanderung aus dem letzten Jahr: einmal aus dem Toggenburg, dann eine Wanderung aus dem Berner Oberland und die Silversterwinterwanderung beim Oberalppass mit Amit von ‪@AKSense‬. Wünsche euch allen ein schönes Wochenende.

Happy New Year! I am looking forward to experiencing 2026 with you. In 2025, I went hiking on around 75 days, and I am excited to see how many it will be this year. Tomorrow, I plan to travel to western Switzerland for a winter hike. Over the next three Thursdays, I will be posting videos from last year's winter and snowshoe hikes: one from Toggenburg, one from the Bernese Oberland, and the New Year's Eve winter hike at Oberalppass with Amit from ⁨@AKSense⁩. Frohe Weihnachten liebe Wanderfreunde! Morgen Abend erscheint ein Video von Davos Pischa mit Weihnachtsmusik. Die Weihnachtskarte im Bild ist von dort mit hinzugefügten Weihnachtssternen. Ich hoffe, ihr könnt Weihnachten mit euren Liebsten feiern. Und danke für das schöne Jahr mit euch, ihr seid echt eine tolle Community!

Seit Sommer besteht zudem die Möglichkeit den Kanal durch eine Mitgliedschaft zu unterstützen. Dafür bekommt ihr teilweise früheren Zugriff auf Videos. Und seit gestern gibt es eine 2. Stufe, wo man zusätzlich Zugriff auf eine WhatsApp Gruppe erhält und so direkt mit sich austauschen kann mit Fragen und Feedback. Wichtig zu betonen ist mir, dass alle von euch wertvoll sind, unabhängig davon ob ihr den Kanal finanziell unterstützt, Kommentare schreibt oder einfach die Videos anseht. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Roger ‪@Fan652w‬ und Marcel ‪@LECRAM867‬, die seit Herbst Mitglied des Kanals sind.

I hope you can celebrate Christmas with your loved ones. And thank you for the wonderful year with you, you are a truly great community!

Da ich letzte Woche leichtes Fieber bekommen habe, konnte ich am Wochenende nicht wandern gehen. Jetzt bin ich zwar noch etwas am Husten, es geht mir jedoch deutlich besser. Heute wanderte ich im Tessin eine kurze Winterwanderung. Jetzt muss ich noch das Video schneiden. Ich versuche es heute Abend noch hochzuladen für die Kanalmitglieder. Nächsten Donnerstag um 18 Uhr wird es dann für alle verfügbar sein.

As I had a slight fever last week, I was unable to go hiking over the weekend. Although I still have a slight cough, I am feeling much better. Today, I went on a short winter hike in Ticino. Now I just need to edit the video. I will try to upload it for channel members this evening. It will be available to everyone next Thursday at 6 p.m.

Vorletzte und letzte Woche bin ich den Vier-Quellen-Weg gewandert. Der Vier-Quellen-Weg führt vom Oberalppass über den Rheinquelle, Reussquelle und Ticinoquelle zur Rhonequelle beim Furkapass. Insgesamt sind es fünf Etappen und eine unglaublich schöne Route. Die erste Etappe habe ich am Sonntag veröffentlicht und das letzte Video gerade fertig geschnitten. Bis zum 14. September wird es nun jeden Sonntagabend ein weiteres Video einer weiteren Etappe geben. Donnerstag werde ich jeweils ein Video einer anderen Wanderung hochladen. Kommenden Donnerstag erwartet euch eine abenteuerliche Flusswanderung in der Ostschweiz. Ich wünsche euch viel Spass mit den Videos und freue mich auf euer Feedback.

The week before last and last week I hiked the Four Springs Trail. The Four Springs Trail leads from the Oberalp Pass via the source of the Rhine, Reuss and Ticino to the source of the Rhone near the Furka Pass. There are five stages in total and an incredibly beautiful route. I published the first stage on Sunday and have just finished editing the last video. Until September 14, there will be another video of another stage every Sunday evening. On Thursdays, I will upload a video of a different hike. An adventurous river hike in eastern Switzerland awaits you next Thursday. I hope you enjoy the videos and look forward to your feedback.
