Who’s the Greatest Gunslinger of All Time?

This was the last song we sang that day. We tried going outside in the cold wilds of a field on the outskirts of Glasgow before retreating to the warmth of inside. We tried a few songs and were ready to call it a day when it was suggested we give this one a quick try. I felt there was a bit of magic in the air when we played this one. I had goose bumps and knew we had captured something special. It's one of our best performances of the song and it looks and sounds beautiful here for the session. Really grateful that we had the opportunity to play this one and managed to get it recorded here as part of such a wonderful community of musicians.

The BBC/Amazon western, "The English" starring Emily Blunt got a lot of attention when is was released. But what was your opinion on it? Have you seen it?

Here is what Mark and Leslie thought about it: https://youtu.be/icIePHxC27k

It would be hard to argue who is a better western composer than this man. But up for debate is what is his best western score, this is my take: https://youtu.be/wWPyZ4n6TxU

Do you like, "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance"? Leslie and I had a deep-dive discussion on the movie in this podcast. I was quite energized by the fact that Leslie wasn't as big a fun as I was. I felt I had to make a case for why the movie was so great. What do you think? Do you prefer classic era westerns or the spaghetti euro westerns?
