"My Trainees' Triumphs: A Collection of Success Stories and Achievements"
âI had been preparing for the Gprun 2023 for a month and a half with my mentor Snigdho. However, the event was postponed and I had to shift my focus to the Bangabandhu Dhaka Marathon 2023. Then I finished the half marathon comfortably with a time of 1 hour 56 minutes and no fatigue & pain. I realized that structured training helped me recover well. However, two days before the main race, I experienced back and knee pain and was feeling a bit nervous. But with the help of my mentor, I managed to overcome it and we came up with a new plan for the race. This helped me during the actual race. I started smoothly, but after the 3rd kilometer, I felt lonely as I'm not used to running alone. This made it difficult for me until the 7th kilometer, but when I saw other runners, I felt better and ran faster. Eventually, I won the race with a 15-minute gap from the second-place finisher and set my new personal record in 10km (48min 59sec). After the race, the first name that came in my mind was my mentor, coach Snigdho and running partner Rashed bhai. Without their support and guidance, this victory wouldn't have been possible. My coach Snigdho has been especially helpful in the past year and a half, helping me transform as a runner. I am very grateful to have him as my coach.â

As a Running Coach, it is incredibly satisfying to see an individual break through their own barriers and reach the pinnacle of success. The dedication and hard work that goes into training and preparing an individual for the competition is immense, and to see it all pay off in the form of a championship is truly rewarding.
Being a part of an individual's journey to success is a privilege and an honor. As a trainer, one gets to witness firsthand the incredible transformation that occurs as a person develops the necessary discipline, focus, and determination to succeed.
