Happy Friday, Friends :)
Due to global political yo-yo tensions at current, I decided to change the spicy yoga twist class to next week and, instead, publish this older video from my former Prana Life yoga space. This class is a beautiful grounding soothing flow that transitions into a 64-point yoga nidra.

If you are feeling off, frazzled, or not understanding (where I am at, asking ... Why this?), this class will encourage you to release both physical and mental stress so you may return to a happy rooted peaceful place. Despite what we see occurring around us--as ancient history has documented many times--there are periods on this planet during which 'life' for us humans has to become worse before it can improve to become better ... like yanking the weeds out of a garden that is choked, polluted and not thriving. Usually when those weeds are out, then with sunshine and water, that garden (humanity) can thrive.
Try to stay positive, cup half-full or full🥛! We all dip to 'half-empty' now and then, but we can shift thoughts, energies and emotions to half-full or full if we make this conscious choice (once we become aware we are dipping😉).

New yoga class publishing Friday at 11:00 am EST (GMT-5:00).

Due to increased global tensions being experienced, this class is designed to decompress the nervous system to 'root' and move on the mat to find 'rhythm.'
We cycle through 6-count inhale and exhale sessions to establish breath coherence (root) to then flow with vinyasa to tune resonance (rhythm). The benefits of breath coherence are listed in the class description with a link to HeartMath Institute for those who desire to learn more.
