What if your physical symptoms are trying to tell you something?
Have you ever had the experience of an ongoing physical issue? It may be a tight chest, persistent ache, a knot in your stomach… and no matter what you try, it just won't shift?
You've probably done all the sensible things, seen the right people, tried the right approaches, maybe even changed your lifestyle.
And yet something keeps showing up in your body that doesn't make sense.
What if your body isn't broken? What if it's actually communicating with you?
There's a phrase that comes up a lot in the world of trauma research and energy work:
‘𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘦’
…and it speaks to something I witness regularly in my client sessions.
The idea is that when we go through something difficult such as a loss, a shock or a period of prolonged stress and we don't fully process the emotion, that emotional energy doesn't simply disappear, instead it gets stored in the body.
Not as a concept, or a memory – as an actual energetic imprint.
This is what we call a ‘Trapped Emotion’.
Your body is incredibly intelligent. It records everything you've ever experienced. Sometimes, what feels like a physical issue is actually an emotional one, quietly waiting to be seen.
In my work using the Emotion Code® and Body Code™, I use muscle testing to connect with your body’s own intelligence and identify what trapped emotions are being held.
We often go way back to childhood or even to emotions inherited from previous generations.
Once identified, we release them using a simple process. People are often surprised at how much can shift from that alone.
𝗔 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘
Alison came to me dealing with depression and anxiety.
In one of our sessions, we used the Emotion Code to address neck and shoulder pain and she felt a shift in real time, right there during the session!
But it wasn't just the physical stuff. Over time, Alison also began to feel more positive and empowered, less held back by fear and insecurity. Something that really moved me in Alison’s testimonial was the following:

That's the kind of shift that goes so much deeper than just feeling a bit better, It's a whole new relationship with yourself.
𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳:
The next time you notice a physical sensation that keeps returning, sit with it for a moment, rather than trying to push it away.
Place a hand gently on that area and ask, with genuine curiosity:
“𝘐𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘺, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘣𝘦? 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘐 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘺?”
You don't need to analyse or force an answer, just notice what comes up.
Sometimes the very act of acknowledging what the body is holding can begin to soften it.
Your body is on your side, it always has been.

WEIRDNESS ALERT! Sometimes in my client sessions, Body Code™ will show that they have an entity attached, or sometimes clients ask me if they have one (if they are seeing signs). Some people feel scared of entities and are freaked-out by the idea, but it's just a form of negative energy, quite common and nothing to feel worried about. They can create some pretty horrible issues though and clearing them can be life-changing! Watch my new video to find out all about entities.
