Imagine:
An employee files a complaint against her manager. Later, the same Manager is made the head of the inquiry committee.
Do you think the decision will be fair?

π‘ #Innovation is powerful β but without protection, it can be copied.
If you #invent a new medicine, technology, machine or process, can someone else manufacture, sell or use it without your permission?
Thatβs exactly where #Patent Law comes in π‘
Today's video is all Patent Law in #India with Landmark caselaws discussed.
Because in todayβs world, ideas create value; but patents protect that value. βοΈ

A train-door argument cost someone his life. It reminded me of a lesson my #Abbu taught me years ago.
The recent news of a 56-year-old man killing a 22-year-old boy in a #Mumbai local train over a βtrain-door argumentβ shook me deeply. π
It took me back to my mid-20s, when I travelled by Mumbai local for work. Some daily commuters would treat certain seats as βtheirsβ. Once, after I sat in one such seat, a group of ladies threatened to push me while boarding the next day.
At that age, I was furious. I wanted to challenge them. I came home and narrated the incident to my Abbu almost jokingly, expecting him to encourage me to stand my ground.
Instead, he looked at me sternly and said, βYou better change your train.β
Huhh! This was the same father who had raised me to be confident, brave, and unafraid. Why was he asking me to back down?
Today, I understand.
He was not teaching me cowardice. He was teaching me judgment. βοΈ
Sometimes, we are technically right.
The seat is not theirs.
The door is not theirs.
The space is public.
The argument may feel small.
But what we do not know is the other personβs mental state, anger, desperation, or capacity for violence β or how far they may go. β οΈ
Not every battle is worth fighting. Not every provocation deserves a response. And sometimes, choosing peace is not weakness β it is wisdom. ποΈ
In public spaces, especially Mumbai local trains, buses, roads, and platforms β escalation can happen in seconds. A moment of ego can cost a lifetime.
My Abbuβs advice stayed with me:
Being #brave is important, but staying #alive is more important. π€

Recently, the story of #Vozinha, the 40-year-old goalkeeper who patiently waited years for his moment on the global stage π, reminded me of every CA, CS, CMA, and professional student π fighting a similar battle.
His journey wasnβt built on overnight success β it was built on staying prepared when nobody was watching π.
Most people celebrate the rank, the result, and the qualification π.
Very few see the years of sacrifice behind it π.
The late nights π.
The missed family functions π .
The self-doubt after every unsuccessful attempt π.
The courage it takes to open the books again π when the previous result didnβt go your way.
In the case of Vozinha, for years, he kept preparing β³.
For years, he stayed ready πͺ.
And when the opportunity finally arrived, he was prepared to seize it β‘.
Professional exams often feel the same.
You may put in months of effort and still not see your name on the pass list π.
You may wonder whether all the hard work is worth it π€.
You may feel left behind while others seem to move ahead πΆββοΈ.
But remember: every chapter studied, every mock test attempted, every mistake corrected, and every setback endured is shaping the professional you are becoming π±.
A failed attempt is not proof that you cannot do it.
It is proof that you are brave enough to try again π.
Many successful CAs, CS, CMA, lawyers, and other professionals have a story that includes disappointment before achievement π.
Your current result is a snapshot, not your final destination π.
Keep learning π.
Keep improving π οΈ.
Keep showing up π.
Because one day, what feels like a struggle today will become the story you tell others to inspire them β¨.

"I do more than form filing"ππ
From interpreting laws that read like puzzles π§©, to chasing documents like itβs a corporate treasure hunt π΅οΈββοΈ, to explaining for the 500th time that βcomplianceβ is not just a checkbox β β #CS professionals truly keep the corporate world from turning into a group project with no coordinator.
We are the people who notice
the missing annexure π,
the unsigned page βοΈ,
the incorrect date π ,
the βminor changeβ that is definitely not minor π, and
the deadline that somehow became urgent yesterday β°.
Behind every well-governed company is a CS quietly ensuring that #transparency, #accountability, #governance and good old common sense stay alive βοΈβ¨
Happy PCS Day to all my fellow governance warriors! π‘οΈ
May your filings be smooth, your clients be responsive, your deadlines be realistic, and your MCA portal behave ππ
