Imagine:

An employee files a complaint against her manager. Later, the same Manager is made the head of the inquiry committee.

Do you think the decision will be fair?

πŸ’‘ #Innovation is powerful β€” but without protection, it can be copied.

If you #invent a new medicine, technology, machine or process, can someone else manufacture, sell or use it without your permission?

That’s exactly where #Patent Law comes in πŸ’‘

Today's video is all Patent Law in #India with Landmark caselaws discussed.

Because in today’s world, ideas create value; but patents protect that value. βš–οΈ

A train-door argument cost someone his life. It reminded me of a lesson my #Abbu taught me years ago.

The recent news of a 56-year-old man killing a 22-year-old boy in a #Mumbai local train over a β€œtrain-door argument” shook me deeply. πŸš†

It took me back to my mid-20s, when I travelled by Mumbai local for work. Some daily commuters would treat certain seats as β€œtheirs”. Once, after I sat in one such seat, a group of ladies threatened to push me while boarding the next day.

At that age, I was furious. I wanted to challenge them. I came home and narrated the incident to my Abbu almost jokingly, expecting him to encourage me to stand my ground.

Instead, he looked at me sternly and said, β€œYou better change your train.”

Huhh! This was the same father who had raised me to be confident, brave, and unafraid. Why was he asking me to back down?

Today, I understand.

He was not teaching me cowardice. He was teaching me judgment. βš–οΈ

Sometimes, we are technically right.
The seat is not theirs.
The door is not theirs.
The space is public.
The argument may feel small.

But what we do not know is the other person’s mental state, anger, desperation, or capacity for violence β€” or how far they may go. ⚠️

Not every battle is worth fighting. Not every provocation deserves a response. And sometimes, choosing peace is not weakness β€” it is wisdom. πŸ•ŠοΈ

In public spaces, especially Mumbai local trains, buses, roads, and platforms β€” escalation can happen in seconds. A moment of ego can cost a lifetime.

My Abbu’s advice stayed with me:

Being #brave is important, but staying #alive is more important. 🀍

Recently, the story of #Vozinha, the 40-year-old goalkeeper who patiently waited years for his moment on the global stage 🌍, reminded me of every CA, CS, CMA, and professional student πŸ“š fighting a similar battle.

His journey wasn’t built on overnight success β€” it was built on staying prepared when nobody was watching πŸ‘€.

Most people celebrate the rank, the result, and the qualification πŸ†.
Very few see the years of sacrifice behind it πŸ’”.

The late nights πŸŒ™.
The missed family functions 🏠.
The self-doubt after every unsuccessful attempt πŸ˜”.
The courage it takes to open the books again πŸ“– when the previous result didn’t go your way.

In the case of Vozinha, for years, he kept preparing ⏳.
For years, he stayed ready πŸ’ͺ.
And when the opportunity finally arrived, he was prepared to seize it ⚑.

Professional exams often feel the same.

You may put in months of effort and still not see your name on the pass list πŸ“„.
You may wonder whether all the hard work is worth it πŸ€”.
You may feel left behind while others seem to move ahead πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ.

But remember: every chapter studied, every mock test attempted, every mistake corrected, and every setback endured is shaping the professional you are becoming 🌱.

A failed attempt is not proof that you cannot do it.
It is proof that you are brave enough to try again πŸ”.

Many successful CAs, CS, CMA, lawyers, and other professionals have a story that includes disappointment before achievement 🌟.

Your current result is a snapshot, not your final destination πŸ“.

Keep learning πŸ“˜.
Keep improving πŸ› οΈ.
Keep showing up πŸš€.

Because one day, what feels like a struggle today will become the story you tell others to inspire them ✨.

"I do more than form filing"πŸ™πŸ˜…

From interpreting laws that read like puzzles 🧩, to chasing documents like it’s a corporate treasure hunt πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™€οΈ, to explaining for the 500th time that β€œcompliance” is not just a checkbox βœ… β€” #CS professionals truly keep the corporate world from turning into a group project with no coordinator.

We are the people who notice
the missing annexure πŸ“Ž,
the unsigned page ✍️,
the incorrect date πŸ“…,
the β€œminor change” that is definitely not minor πŸ‘€, and
the deadline that somehow became urgent yesterday ⏰.

Behind every well-governed company is a CS quietly ensuring that #transparency, #accountability, #governance and good old common sense stay alive βš–οΈβœ¨

Happy PCS Day to all my fellow governance warriors! πŸ›‘οΈ

May your filings be smooth, your clients be responsive, your deadlines be realistic, and your MCA portal behave πŸ™πŸ˜…
